What exactly do I receive?
A ZIP file containing the editable Word (.docx) file and a print-ready PDF, each in US Letter and A4, plus a quick-start README with editing instructions and the license. Spreadsheet products contain an .xlsx workbook and the README. Bundles and kits contain every template in the set.
Which programs open the files?
Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages and LibreOffice for documents; Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice Calc for spreadsheets. No Canva account or special software is needed.
How do I add my logo?
In Word or Google Docs, click the logo placeholder in the header, insert your image and resize. Replace the bracketed text placeholders with your company details and save a master copy.
Are the templates fillable PDFs?
The PDFs are print-ready. For on-screen filling, use the Word file (or export a fillable version from Word or Acrobat). Many businesses print pads for the field and photograph completed forms.
Can I edit the wording of policies and agreements?
Yes, everything is editable. We recommend adapting notice periods, fees, warranty terms and liability language to your business and having agreements reviewed by a professional in your jurisdiction.
Is this legal, medical or financial advice?
No. The templates are professionally written starting points using standard clauses and fields. Laws and regulations vary by state and profession; review with a qualified advisor before relying on any policy, agreement or consent form.
What does the license allow?
Use within your own business at any number of locations, printed or digital, for as long as you like. You may not resell, share with other businesses or redistribute the files or derivative templates.
Where do I buy?
On Etsy (etsy.com/shop/TradeDocsStudio) or Gumroad (jumbotrek.gumroad.com). Each product page on this site links directly to both stores. Payment, delivery and support run through the store you buy from.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not available, but if anything is wrong with a file, message us through the store and we will fix it.
Can I request a custom template or a new industry?
Yes. Message us through Etsy or Gumroad with what you need. Popular requests become new products.
