Short version: buy once, use in your own business forever, at any number of locations, printed or digital. Do not resell, share with other businesses or redistribute the files.

You may

• Edit, brand and adapt the templates for your own business.
• Print unlimited copies and share completed documents with your customers, patients, staff and advisors.
• Use the templates at every location your business operates.
• Convert the files to other formats for your own use.

You may not

• Resell, license, give away or share the template files, in original or modified form.
• Use the templates to create products for sale (template packs, courses, software content).
• Claim authorship of the templates or remove the license from the README.

Refunds and support

Products are digital downloads delivered by Etsy or Gumroad; refunds are generally not available. If a file is defective, message us through the store you purchased from and we will fix it.
